$96k drop so far in the eastern phx metro area. i dont think that is the end of it :mjlol:
I'm just looking around at the homes in the area and I can't believe how much nicer the homes are for the prices there compared to where I live in Washington.

There's relatively modern homes on that map with 2000+ square feet and a pool for less than what these dated ass homes out here cost. :mjcry:

this one is even better since it is in the heart of phoenix closer to all the dining and entertainment and they had to drop it by $250k

zillow's algorithm must have been confused by the prices in places like washington. arizonans are just not used to paying a lot for a roof over our heads.

More so meant droughts and stuff like that
as a regular person, there is no noticeable problem. agriculture business is rationing, though. the future really is hard to predict. we share the colorado river with several states and the water level is lower than it should be, but states claim they have a plan, so it comes down to if you have trust in mostly red states to do the smart thing with the water.
