I mean I get the example and it's valid but 8Ball didnt stick to that flow and on his best songs he rarely used that type of flow. Did Pat use the flow and run with it..yes but he didn't really bite that flow from 8Ball. He did switch it up every now and then and knew how to go in and out of pockets flawlessly on tracks. That is Pat's gift. He does it so perfectly on Cheese and Dope.

Great point. Ball did give Pat a style to run with sure but Pat took it and improved on it just like every rapper. Nikkas act like he just ripped dude off

Not saying that all, just giving props to the architect, neither Ball or G get the props they deserve imo.

Was just listening to this on the way to work. I'm already snappin at people not taking no shyt.

I bet most people don’t know this. Ball & G are so damn underrated smh. Well Tennessee rappers as a whole.
I hear you but in this thread it discussed the past 2-3 pages from 2 years ago. I think its more of a Memphis style than one rapper.

Pat's a monster in the South, and he's getting more shine now here and there it seems. Y'all see the avi, so y'all already know I'm an HCP stan.

When the new gen jumped on his old tracks :wow:

Y'all already put most his classics out there, so here's just some throwaway Pattah fire
