Dj Paul & Juicy at theyre finest.:wow:

Paul killin it with the scratches, the weird guitar n strings sample, the chops, and Project Pat straighy floated and blessed it. He’

The rest of the album was fire too. Don’t know why it don’t get mentioned with Pat’s first 2 albums though.

I’m high as hell just running thru some old 3 6 cuts:mjgrin:

I honestly think juicy was doing the scratches, he's listed on most of the album credits for the scratches

Yeah Mista Don’t Play is in a league in its own. Pat was never gonna be able to top that one.

and at the time even with the blassic single that killed the clubs i copped it thinking NO WAY this nikka can top ghetty green b, impossible. because i wore that tape out something awful. i drove slow on the way back to the crib by myself and listened to the whole shyt like wow, he actually topped ghetty. this album finna be AOTY. nikka tried to fight me when i said it was better than dynasty album that came out 4 months before in 2000 lmao. perfect beginning to end for real

yeah he might be a lil hit and miss with newer shyt but can we acknowledge how he obliterated that feature on elvis presley blvd though? :banderas:

This song is insanely good and relatively recent.

Pat may be my favorite rapper but yes it is sad he is pretty much :flabbynsick: now. He is a grown man though, I will never hate on him. He did it his way.

Norfeast groovin…
One of my biggest rap mysteries is what could’ve happened if Pat ain’t go in after Mista Don’t Play. He was on course to be one of the biggest names in the south.

Layin Da Smackdown and Crook By the Book were still hard but you could tell he was out of his prime by then. I ain’t like another Pat project after Crook until Loud Pack and the Cheese and Dope tapes. And those were reggie by Mista Don’t Play standards.

PATS VOICE/DELIVERY WAS DONE
AFTER THAT JAIL BID.

THESE TRACKS WOULD HAVE
HIT MUCH DIFFERENT WITH
THAT PRE PRISON PAT DELIVERY.

HE EVENTUALLY GOT IT BACK
AFTER BEING HIT OR MISS
FOR A WHILE.
