i think this might be one of the longest lasting and most severe problems we’ll have to deal with because of thisLooking like an education apocalypse
the election showed that there is a unique and very dangerous threat with the convergence of these things:
-far-right grievance politics
-big money interests
-decentralized media networks through the internet (musk owning twitter now and the political influence of people like streamers/podcasters/red pill)
-AI (not even scratching the surface of how bad this is gonna fukk us up)
we already have big issues with civic and media education. its gonna get much worse
