Yeah maybe it was the angle, people always say my arms are my biggest. I been incorporating pullups but maybe its time to add the weight belt :merchant:



If you want your arms to look bigger do dips and focus on your triceps since they are the largest muscle group in the arms. If they look big, your arms look big by default.

just 3 months my upti. Only thing is you can't slack and shyt. I usually go at like 12 at night honestly to the 24 hour gym with my nikka... if u have a nikka u roll with u will rarely miss days. That's the key besides the diet and shyt just don't miss your days.

3 months tho thats all it was :manny:

good progress nevertheless. My shoulders and lats blew up in my first three months too. Its called noob gains.
