its kinda similar to the PHAT but its a hybrid of it... 4 day split instead of upper/lower its different focus groups... get your pull day push day pull/push and legs if you know what I'm alluding to.

As far as diet im stuffing my face like a hog :whew: Gained like 14 pounds or so since Mid october.

serious question, what does my bf% look like? is it too high for abs? Im very patient so im not very worried but i dont know shyt about BF% and stuff like that.

if so what would be a good weight exercise to add to my abs if I were low enough.


and finally, incline bench vs decline bench?

Can't really tell with the wife beater on bruh but I wouldn't worry about it, it's winter, feast. :ahh:

As far as abs hit up the og stuff bruh leg raises, sit ups, those weighted sit up machines if they have em at your gym. Don't worry about ab work too much if you are deadlifting and squatting though.

I do incline db or bb and only do weighted dips for decline.
