Filter out a fair amount of top end on everything....I'm starting to like my beats less bright....besides on most things really high frequency stuff is just noise

I never eq'd/compressed my tracks ever before. I was just the 8/16 bar loop dude and the engineer and other producers would finish arranging my melodies into songs and then mixing it.

Now I EQ/Compress everything (compress mostly drums) and all those things I was disinterested in because I thought it was beneath me as an artist or too difficult to learn I want to learn it all now. I wanna know everything. I might fukk around and go to full sail just cause.
