Aiight so some people think they need to wash their veggies in detergent or soap and that's a huge huge no no.

What you can do is make a simple natural vegetable wash (try to go for organic) consisting of vinegar (two tablespoons usually, it's a good disinfectant), lemon (a whole lemon squeezed into liquid or more as needed), and one cup of water. You can either put this in a spray bottle or leave it in your sink to soak for a good ten minutes or however long you want. Personally I like using a spray bottle simply because I don't use more vegetables that I need and it's easier for me to just spray the vegetables I'm gonna eat as opposed to all of them.

OR you can just buy this lol

I'm about to make that spray with acv :wow:

something from google:

"Here is the list of common cruciferous vegetables that you do not want to be eating raw if you want to protect your thyroid gland! Arugula, broccoli, kale, cauliflower, cabbage, turnip, collardgreens, bok choy, brussels sprouts, radish, rutabaga, and watercress."

Idaho.
I just passed by the fruit market and they had blueberries and strawberries for a dollar a pack. :dwillhuh:
I was coming back from the gym and I never take my wallet, but miraculously I found $5 in the bottom of my bag and I loaded up.
I hope they still have that special when I go on Monday. It's gonna be over. Fresh blueberries are the best.

I like snacking on raw, crispy bell peppers. Tossed with some salad dressing. :takedat:

Those are lies. What's the source? I eat kale raw all the time, or at most I bake them in the oven with some olive oil. In fact, they're more nutritious when raw. Sometimes I'll even eat the raw kale bars too for energy.

I eat most my greens raw a lot but I don't have thyroid problems

Although it's suggested that you should cook them, I don't like the soggy taste. Oxalic acid just gives it's sharp taste, some believe it fukks with your thyroid gland but I'd always suggest going to your PCP (primary care physician) just to get that monitored and to get some insight on that. I haven't had any issues and I eat my fruits and veggies raw. I just like the crunchier taste, cooked veggies taste wet and soggy. :scust:

Unless it's broccoli, same. Just like hot fruit is nasty as hell. :scusthov:

the dream :mjcry:

:whoa: the veggies aren't ready yet. I didn't start from seedlings. I was thinking I would try that with the spinach or some carrots :lupe:

Girl you better go to Home Depot/ Lowes and get a little pot or window box and like 2 starter plants. Start with herbs.

All the plants they were already started. I got a bag of soil, some organic plant food pots and gloves. The babies are growing :mjcry: I'm so happy.
