T-Boz (she got sickle cell too) from TLC was supposed to be on it, but some shyt happened and it didn't eventuate.

It's an important song for that album in many ways. It rounds out the album nicely, but shows a lot of vulnerability for a New York gun slinger, which was extremely rare for the time.
