The Saigon and Tru-life situations aren’t. The Tru-life shyt goes back to the late 90’s/early 2000s and was mentioned in the Source mag and Beef series. I also want to say there were some clips from the Smack DVD era of Saigon talking about how Onyx and Mobb Deep’s music influenced him to wild out when he was younger, but he realized they were not built like that (basically calling them fake thugs to a degree).
The Little Brother shyt comes from Phonte writing about how P fell off in comparison to his glory days and some people shytted on Phonte (ironically, that opinion was shared by plenty around after Takeova was bubbling/Infamy)
His take on Fat Joe could be either or regarding 50 issues with Joe. P’s opinion of Fat Joe probably pertains to coming up and 90’s and plenty of people did not view Fat Joe as ‘nice’ on the mic back then.
