That'sdope......never knew that before

anyone know if the 'Mobb Deep' tats on Prodigy's forearms was during or after the Infamous period? Wanting to know regarding artwork for my upcoming Infamous tribute

Mr. Cartoon did some of his tattoos. I'm pretty sure he did the New York one on the back and based on the style possibly the one you mentioned . Maybe there is a footage in his new documentary which just dropped on Netflix.

What I'm trying to say: if that's true, the tattoo you asked about was probably done after the infamous era as P got tattoed by Cartoon later on.

EDIT: I was referring above to the big mobb deep tatoo. It was definitely done by Cartoon

Can you post the pic of the infamous one? I'm not sure what it looks like.

Thanks..... good info. I don't have an actual pic....the reason I was asking is that I'm having an artist do a custom illustration for the cover

Yep... it was a diss. No doubt about that. Prodigy beefed with too many rappers. Breh, didnt he diss krayzie bone on keep it thoro? He stayed beefing with random rappers even ones hes collaborated with like camron.

But yo how bad as mainstream rap fallen off where we still analyzing lyrics from songs damn near 25 years old?

Thiat is the type of bytch sht that the West Coast was talking about. The East was known for subliminally dissing aka throwing rocks and hiding their hands. That’s why the West looked like bullies cause they will straight up say your name and make it clear on who they are talking about when they diss or got something to say.

He literally said Mack 10 :skip:

Unrelated the unreleased version of Bullet Proof Wallets is one of my favorite albums :wow::wow::wow::wow::wow:

Yea all them original joints that were dropping on mixtapes before the release were crazy like “The Watch”, “Flowers”, “The Forest” & “Good Times.” Record label fukked that album release up but still a lot of bangers on there..

Dope thread OP, never considered that line was a diss

If somebody had that Mack 10 interview it would not only close the loop but I bet it would also be pretty funny

Correct me if I’m wrong this track isn’t on the unreleased version but made around the same time

3 The Hard Way / Three From NYC is on the bootleg

"3 Stories" must've been recorded after E Money Bags death, so sometime after 2001
