On one hand, I do sort of see it like this but mostly because I do like what she is saying now so in some ways, maybe I'm merely being fooled here? However, I do get where OP is coming from. It is concerning to some to see how drastically someone can change in regard to their racial views, especially the ones that seemed to have an actual hatred for their own race as opposed to some fetishization of another race. One would say they got their wake-up call, others would ask, "why did you need one in the first place?" It's an interesting phenomenon in itself.
