I think partly because Black people are surrounded by almost entirely Pro-white propaganda. At least in the US. And you could argue South Africa as well.
Which explains why, to answer your question about Jewish people, by contrast they rarely turn against their own in such an overwhelming way. Because they're a people who have their own language (Hebrew), religion (Judaism), and other aspects of their culture that protects them from anti-Jewish propaganda.
Such as having a thriving business oriented culture so their money circulates among each other, they also educate their own children, and they also tend to marry each other. Which creates an additional shield against anti-Jewish beliefs from others.
For Black Americans though there's no real protective Black "culture" to insulate them from cac propaganda. Because the language spoken by most Black people is English (a cac language), the religion most follow is Christianity (a pro-cac/anti-Black religion), or Islam (A pro-Arab/anti-Black religion), most Black kids go to cac schools to learn cac history, and economically most Black people depend on whites for employment and have no significant interest in running their own economy.
So it's actually a miracle that any Black person is pro-Black and dates/marries Black.

Yes, people can change. Still, change took time even for Brother Malcolm. He also showed remorse for his past and continued to work for a better future for himself, his family, and his people.

Haha, that is why I am a firm supporter of the concept of the past is important. As an economist & statistician, I was taught when creating some types of forecast models that one of the greatest predictors of the future is what happened in the past. I believe this holds for people too, unless they prove themselves otherwise.
