True and HIV and AIDS are two different medical conditions. I knew and know people with HIV. I knew people with AIDs. Once your T cell count gets so low you have AIDS.
You get to the point when it goes from HIV to AIDS you in a dangerous position. Saw some girls I grew up with father go from HIV to full blown AIDS. Dude withered away. We could tell he was sick but he tried to play it off. He had the sunken face look and he was all bones. Next thing you know he was in the hospital for two weeks and never made it out.
