One more :flabbynsick: observation before I try to sleep for the night.

Another disconnect that I feel is happening with my generation and the kids now is, in 20 years when today's kids are sitting around reminiscing with their friends, they're going to say things like,

"Remember that week we spent whipping and nae-nae'ing?"

"Remember those 4 months the mid 2010's when we dabbed on hoes?"

While people from my generation say things like,

"Remember that song we fell in love to when we were 20? Well they're doing a stadium tour this summer, want to take the kids?"

Staying power. You can't form memories to fads. :russell:

Goodnight.

You're being over dramatic though. If we take that approach I too can argue that the music made by prince and his generation was markedly inferior to those who preceded them (which it was). This is not a Coltrane or a Charlie Parker we're talking about, much less a Wagner... It's interesting that each generation sees their successor's art as essentially kitsch.
Oh please miles Davis praised prince. Get the fukk out here with that shyt. He was a respected musician. You stay hating.
