Diamonds and Pearls was a decent album; some of my favorites from it are:

Insatiable
Willing and Able
Money Don't Matter 2 Night
Cream
Strollin'
Diamonds and Pearls


I just didn't like the rapping on the album.

Yeah, I don't think you can encapsulate the genius and greatness of Prince into an album or two. There's a bunch of producers today that are stealing his sound from the 80's with the synth pop sound. But Prince spans so many genres that it isn't even funny.
