I said this in the other thread.
They could charge her, but the charges probably wouldn't stick. All the witnesses are dead and theres not enough evidence to suggest she lied in the legal sense of the law. She merely recanted enough of her story to suggest she couldn't proclaim Till assaulted her. Thats not a "lie" in the eyes of the law.
So what would happen is: People would celebrate her indictment, then cry foul when the case probably is lost.
You have to INDICT and WIN.
Do either one and people blame the Biden admin for not "doing enough"
Do you think they'd try and charge her if they thought the charges would stick?
