The drug "problem" is simply a symptom of much deeper issues with the Philippine economy and infrastructure. I have in-laws who are professionals and are barely making it.

Also, if he wants to "clean up" the country in relation to drug users, he should do so in a manner that does not involve extra-judicial killings and fake drug busts.
