Bruce got thrown in the past and had to be rescued. Doom got thrown in the past and spent several millennium there gathering skills, dark arts, remade himself molecule by molecule and CAME BACK and DESTROYED his enemy. lol at this even being a debate.

Accordin to certain folks Batman wit prep can beat da breaks off Galactus if he had prep time so he prolly could handle Doom.
