I didn't watch any of these games fully. Can anyone elaborate in what sense it was such a low IQ series? I've read that multiple times now in this thread.

terrible shot selection and play calling in the clutch

stupid fouls...like Kat would rack up fouls swiping at the ball, kicking his leg out or barreling into people for no reason then throw a tantrum like he aint did shyt

wolves would get out to a big lead, see it coming apart but never call timeouts and just start taking step back threes early in the shot clock

russell and beverly would go into hero mode, run into 3 guys in the paint and turn the ball over instead of getting it to Kat and Ant while they were cooking

it was really frustrating rooting for them.

Loser’s mentality. They just blew it. They should have won the series with the kind of leads they had in the second half.

Not really every young goes through growing pains Minnesota core got no playoff experience together while Grizzlies was in the playoffs last year. I think people underestimate the value of playoff experience. Anthony Edwards is Minnesota best player this is his first playoff series he had great moments and he had bad moments. He do what he gonna do in the summer Minnesota can be scary. They need a real PG DLO should be playing the 2 and Ant should be playing the 3. KAT gotta realize he a big man and not Steph Curry.

Minny is missing that guy that can go out and just create a good shot. Kat can't be depended on for that due to how soft he is so you never know if he'll just toss up a deep three or a weak as driving attempt.. D-Lo is too inconsistent. Anthony Edwards has the potential to be that in the future but he's just too raw right now.

Like we all knew, Minny is missing a closer. A floor leader that can put people in the right places would be big too. Russell just ain't it.
