Think about 24hrs in a day lets say they sleep 8 hrs that still leaves 16hrs of nothing to do. They also have to stay strong so the booty is not taken

Every jail/prison has their own rules and regulations. I doubt any allow whey protein to be brought in from the outside.

You can't stop nikkas from getting swole in prison. Them nikkas will lift each other if they have to. But anyone who's ever been locked up for any amount of time can attest to how boring that shyt is, that's why people get big like that. In Duval county nikkas will get a deck of cards and flip that bytch, and that's how many push ups you gotta do. 20 for the Ace and 10 for each face card. An we would do that shyt ALL day.
