All 5 seasons of Power takes place in 2014 (or maybe 2015, can’t remember) but they even show Tariq’s Choate ID in one episode this season and it clearly says 2014 (or 2015).

Trying to make sense of a Power timeline is an exercise in futility. Don’t bother, just laugh.
