That was definitely Tariq or Tasha standing over ghost and tommy when ghost told tommy not to bother avenging his death.
Doesnt mean that person shot ghost but may have had a final moment with him since ghost was still communicative.
Have a feeling Saxe (furious white man) or Tasha (black woman scorned )shot ghost and Tariq was there before tommy to have a final heart to heart with his pops for better or worse to propel tariq into this next chapter.

Ghost doesn't care enough about Tate or Saxe to tell Tommy to fall back when he was about to start buckin at who did it. So it's either Tasha or Tariq, if we are to believe it's one of the choices they're giving us...maybe it was both of them up there. I always thought the dude Q did it or had it done but I guess not
Tasha and Riq could be up there and not be the literal shooters who knows. Seems dumb they even introduced Q And did nothing with his role.
