its obvious its tariq, tommy saw tariq with a gun or whatever and ghost like let it go, as in dont harm my son. Ghost doesn't care about tasha like that, and remember we saw tasha in paz episode after the killing and she told her that tommy killed angie. So obviously she didn't see tommy after the apartment scene where he was going to merk her. Vincent also mentioned how tariq told him where to find tommy
