I think I ghost is still alive. I'm not sure how. But that brief off camera mention of him being murdered is not the way you show a protagonist dying. Yeah they had the ober the top chest fall from the balcony shot but that left his fate as undetermined. For the main person on the story you have to give them a clear and defining ending or it will always be lack luster no matter how clever writers think they are being.

I'm not one on the group think train of always wanting to shyt on the writing yet still watch every episode, but I do wish they would have used a more climactic or emotion driven way of revealing that Ghost is truly dead other than a blip on the news Dre saw while getting some fake Funyuns. He is THE iconic character on the show and the reason the show even exists, more than Tommy or Tasha. Him being revealed as dead gotta be bigger than that.
