I think it was the acceptance of disappointment.
He didn't know Tariq set him up, he just thought Tariq folded under pressure from the cops....so once again, another "son" has let him down, failed him.
And it probably hurt him more this time compared to Shawn cause he actually bonded with Tariq a lil bit.

Best episode of the season. Tariq turned on Kanan out of loyalty to Sean. He knew he would never be able to trust him, if he killed his own son without thinking twice no reason to not suspect he'd do the same to him. I think even still as he was bleeding out he respected Tariq so he left him unharmed.
Tommy doubting Ghost is not a smart move especially when Turesi is playing him like a violin.
Angela and Tasha thought they did smarter move pinning this on Kanan but I think it's gonna come back to bite them.
Dre's henchman gon turn on him IMO.
I wouldn't count on Ghost saving Angela. She didn't clue him in on the move against Kanan. I don't think he forgives that.
