Angela is going to regret giving Mak that job offer. Especially given that he's going to get even more power. Plus, it doesn't stop Mak from still screwing over Angela now or when he gets promoted.

Between doing him a favor and Angela having the DC cat who even made the original offer on her side I don't think Mak continues going after her, at least not for anything that's happened so far. I think he'd instead present problems for Ghost/Dre/Tommy/Kanan next season since that agency melting pot he'd be part of is protecting Alicia until a new Mexican kingpin rises (if she survives).
