I’m ngl. The inconsistent writing really makes you appreciate a show like The Wire so much. Being able to keep audience attention, be entertaining and keep the writing consistent without any plot holes is extremely hard to do.

I wonder if it had to do with getting the budget slashed By Starz.
They cut down on a good amount of cast members from last season. Ronnie, Omar Epps (who is probably the highest paid), Fame, etc.
maybe it was either Nique or Fame who they had to get rid of and obviously we know who won that.
