Congress is not broken. All 212 House Democrats voted in unison. Under Biden, the Democrats have managed to pass historic legislation with a 50-50 Senate and a net 5 seat advantage in the House.

The problem is not Congress. The problem is, and has been since at least Newt Gingrich, the REPUBLICAN party.

So I'm confused they just keep voting same candidates until someone win?

Doesn't have to be the same candidates, they can vote for whoever they want, but this has to go on until SOMEBODY gets a majority. It's a constitutional requirement that they elect a Speaker before they can do anything else.

The problem is that nobody in the GOP has provided an alternative to McCarthy who has the votes.
