The shows biggest problems are that they air infrequently and that Dan gets too political.
The show has got too chaotic.
I don't mine the subjects, but, I promise you Dan will drone on and on in the same circle--maybe sparkle in how his mom was scared on Jan. 6, etc., etc., "How can we still be doing this in 2021?"
You got shows were every outside of the Local Hour is non-sports.
And Dan's knowledge of the racial dynamics in this country never seems to develop or get deeper and I've listened to this dude for atleast 5 years.

Also, it gets annoying how he tries to say the show is full of "minorities", when all the Cuban's on that show mark white on census documents.

They need to take a break and recalibrate. It's still pretty good but I zone out (which isn't terrible considering I focus more on work). The reason why I don't listen to Dan and Stugotz's separate shows is because I don't want to hear a 30 minute interview with Person X.
Also, it seems like Amin is only there to confirm their Miami Heat opinions and do Obama impersonations. That would be a come-up for that nikka if they pay him well enough, but it seems like he's just there to shyt on everything besides the Heat.

I think the problem with Amin is more that nobody on the show really cares about basketball right now, outside of what's going on with the Heat, unless there's some big NBA news item. And even then, those segments about the Heat are fukking terrible. I get that the joke is supposed to be that Mike and Cortes are ridiculous homers, but that joke has a shelf life, and they ran that out a while ago.
Dan is actually a pretty good interviewer, but I agree, unless he has a guest I'm interested in, I'm not listening to South Beach Sessions. I just imagine it's a lot of Dan falling back on his "But (guest), how can (noun) do THAT (verb) in THAT/THIS (locational noun) after THIS/THAT (timeframe and/or verb)" loop for a few questions. And Stugotz should never be the lead mic in anything. His whole deal really only works as a sidekick.
