The more I listen to them post ESPN it becomes more and more obvious ESPN was right Dan needs to be reigned in.
When he mentions Bill Simmons, Skip Bayless, Stephen A Smith, Dana White and Cowherd he’s not realizing that he’s talking about people that created back bone programming that a Fox or ESPN could rely on. Dan had the show and radio but he was never adding as much or working as hard. We are almost a decade into 30 for 30 films. First Take had spin offs in the podcast realm. Skip brought legitimacy to Fox Sports chose Shannon Sharpe and helped Fox Sports create a sports platform that airs Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm. Dana White has shows on weekly. SAS works 6 am to 2 am daily vertically and horizontally on ESPN as a Black man. Think about the gems and truths SAS said that Dan who can hide in his whiteness would never do like when he said about the Ray Rice situation if you are a woman do not hit and provoke a man. SAS puts it on the line often and puts on black people all the time.

SAS changed his whole steez up since getting let go that first time. You trippin if you believe Skip works hard. No one cares about Dana’s two shows unless they’re fanboys. Dan at least had tried to retain a modicum of journalistic integrity by making a mockery of all the dumb stuff that surrounds and is inside sports. His style has gotten stale since joining ESPN if you were around pre-Heatles era
