I just listened to it. I have no clue why, but that shyt was hilarious. Might've been the appearance by the Fake Elon Musk. That shyt is great.
They weren't lying, though. Wednesday's show was fukking TRASH. The best part was Dan shytting on that hockey player for being such a terrible interview.

It's one of the reasons I don't shyt on Mike nor hate him like a lot of people in here do. He's the most self aware person on the show - well, Guillermo probably is but dude is so pessimistic that everything is bad in his opinion
- and knows what works and what doesn't. He also knows that running shyt to the ground is a staple of the show, for better or worse (and something that Dan loves to do, so it's an inevitability) and that his impressions are indeed limited as fukk. I think the reason he's been more vocal this last month or so is because they have nothing to talk about now that Dan has gone away from race and big social issues, so the show ends ups being a serious versions of Wake and Take with Mike trying to put a topic for Dan and Stu to talk about. That's not what the show does best but even Mike and shipping container have admitted that they are kinda out of tricks at this point He's not as funny as Dan think he is as an on air personality, but the hate he gets is way overblown imo.

Honestly, Billy needs to be the one to step up and have a more active role. He’s hilarious from marlins hate, to impressions, to terrible pointless stories, to his fear of everything.
And yea, magic crate of content was funny and worked at first, then they both ran it into the ground and stopped discussing the topic after like one take...
Alyson hasn’t gotten any great guests lately, we havent discovered any new friends of the show, and it seems like regular guest cohosts are in less (pablo, foxworth and Spain (thank god), mina, etc)

Yeah, Billy is pretty legit. Some of their funniest stuff has come from him playing clueless (the Titanic bit doesn't work if he doesn't refuse to understand the basic plot of the movie). I think they have less of their usual guests on because ESPN is in the middle of trying to find slots for all of the personalities they have. There's a reason Golic Jr has his own show, and the green light to show up on two other shows on ESPN radio. shyt, Mina and Dominique have their own weekly podcast. And we see that they finally bought in on Pablo and Bomani. It's also part of the reason Bomani's been gone from Highly Questionable for the better part of a year, and there's nothing resembling a full time co-host (aside from whatever contract fukkery they've got going on).
