I was worried they would let her run all over them and dominate the conversation like they let Spain do but her showing up late made them mad so they spun a hundred plates and kept it moving with all those topics and stories. I just heard the podcast and also noticed that Nolan only said a few words. Usually Dan goes out of his way to involve the person in the 3rd chair. Was she really supposed to be there the entire show?

Dan said at least an hour with her but he kept saying she isn't here yet. They knew the show was stacked with Patrick and gimmicks so she needed to get in and find her footing or drown under the controlled chaos as Mike called it.

I do wonder how the logistics would work if they went to SiriusXM. A lot of their content is based off of them clowning ESPN. It's cute when you're there, but it starts to become petty once you've left. Plus Dan has plenty of segments stating that once you leave the ESPN banner, you kind of fall into obscurity. Like @CrimsonTider said, ESPN built that studio. Don't see Sirius putting that into their show.

The main reason I fukk with these dudes is that it's free content during the hours at my desk or in the lab. I have a Sirius trial right now and it's cool, but I don't know if I could pay to listen to them doing stupid ass impressions for 4 hours. I'd probably find something different and let them go. I typed all this shyt and I'm pretty sure they're not leaving anyway lol

Sure, but doesn't that basically turn them into every morning zoo radio show? Being a morning zoo under the guise of sports radio is what makes them unique.

I’m always late but Friday was a great show.

I’m glad Dan Patrick didn’t bytch up and went toe to toe with Stu(Stu bombed on him btw, both were good thou)good as radio(podcast).

Dan has made no secret that he hates that we can get the show for free (no commercials). With Skipper leaving and him hating sports I think the SiriusXM option is looking more enticing. They got the #1 sports podcast and I'm sure he thinks he could get the same deal as Mad Dog Russo with a Miami specific channel that he can control at his leisure. SiruisXM probably presents the best of both worlds for Dan. He could talk about anything he wants, play all the music he wants and come in anytime he wants if he got his own channel. In regards to the studio, Dan HATES that studio ESPN built them. They moved back into that closet because they hated the big studio. Also, I think he's tired of HQ especially since they haven't found a permanent host for Bomani's spot. He said before he got Bomani to come, they were going to cancel HQ anyway.
