Show is going with the worst possible theme/reputation from a show possible.
Its obvious Dan is doing it on purpose now and trying to stick it to critics. It wasn't even worth it for comedic value because people will refuse to laugh at the clip because its Jared Fogle. Also Dan keeps saying no one knew back then but documents revealed that Subway knew and didn't care because he was so good for their business and one of the most recognizable faces in the country related to food. They had just briefly passed McDonalds around that time so the sick greed b*stards at the top puts kids at risk by letting this sick fukk stay free and go on their tours.
