Dan got quiet and just looked straight ahead. I thought he was doing the pretending to be annoyed at Wake and Take routine but you could tell he wanted to sink his teeth into the calls for apology over an edited video that it took them over a month to release. Stu or Mike Ryan talking to Dan on a serious race topic isn't the same as Bomani or Foxworth breaking it down from the perspective of a black man who grew up in America. Foxworth will be in for an entire show later in the week so if he looks at Dan's reaction today he will know to tone down the jokes when Dan is seeking input on a serious race story.
