Lat Pulldowns 4 sets of 10
Leg press 4 sets of 15
Wednesday - No-Gi Grappling
Thursday - BJJ/Judo
Saturday -
Bag work 4 rounds @ 3 minutes
Rowing machine 3 sets @ 5 minutes
Pull-Ups 4 sets of 15
Inclined situps with 25lb plate @ 2 min
intervals x 3
Sunday/Monday maybe another Judo class and alternating rest day
