I dont 1RM

DB shoulder press: 3x12x60/hand
BB flat bench: 3x12x195
Seated cable rows: 3x10-12x210
Squats: 3x8x245 (had to drop back to get full ROM :to: )
Deadlift: 6x405 (easy)

I know my squats/deads are out of whack ratio wise, just started going way lower on squats though so things should start lining up. "According to 1RM" I should prob be around 430-450 for 1RM on deads... aint tryin to test that theory though

Bench 125x2 w/ dumbbells. Never tried more than 235 with bb
Squat-405 but I'm topping that next time I squat heavy
Dead-460 I can't get to 465 to save my life
BB curled 115x6 but can never seem to get more than 4 now.
DB curled 55x2

I'm bout to start on my cleans and clean & presses.

I mainly stick with DBs for my workouts

bench: 100 db, highest my gym goes. Never tried BB bench
Deads: tried it for the first time today :ahh: did 2 plates on each
overhead: 75 db

Never tried squats, know I need to eventually
