I dont 1RM
DB shoulder press: 3x12x60/hand
BB flat bench: 3x12x195
Seated cable rows: 3x10-12x210
Squats: 3x8x245 (had to drop back to get full ROM )
Deadlift: 6x405 (easy)
I know my squats/deads are out of whack ratio wise, just started going way lower on squats though so things should start lining up. "According to 1RM" I should prob be around 430-450 for 1RM on deads... aint tryin to test that theory though
