I like how the icons and widgets match the background ...that's an android theme?

I found the background pic on google, the icon theme is Holo Blue, you can resize all icons and change them to whatever icons you like (or a custom pic) via Nova Launcher Prime.

It was worth my $4.99. Fast, responsive, and you can overlap and resize all widgets however you want.

You can use Desktop visualizer to change the icon and/or name of any app & make icons to perform a bunch of different actions.
