Im 25 but with a receding hairline, a bad back and bad feet Im already startin to look

26 now with a slightly worse hairline. Add a bad knee and an additional back problem to the list. No longer just sciatica, but also my mid back gets stiff once im on my feet for more then an hour and a half at work
