The musicality is certainly lacking with these last handful. I don't have a dog in the fight but I'm about to SpongeBob this bytch. I've got no clue why people think either pedo or wife beater allegations are going to stick when nikkas are walking around free as fukk [in other instances] when there's mountains of actual evidence. I mean, Harvey just got his shyt overturned; people think Drake about to get put away? And if you're Metro or Drake or Ross, posting memes that aren't dad jokes past 30 years old...is this really how we get down now? Why is everyone running with Ye's template of histrionics? Can we really imagine our true musical greats doing this lame shyt?! Miles, Trane, Ray, Stevie, JB? This is entertainment, however sloppily executed

Best tracks from this sequence so far are obviously "Family Matters" and "Euphoria"
"Euphoria" took about 3-4 listens to grow on me but it's my favorite one out of Kendrick during this battle.
"Family Matters" has two standout beats (the 1st and 2nd) that I instantly enjoyed off the jump
Kendrick's clearly winning on the lyrical front. Drake's beats are better but he (and/or his ghostwriters) needs to seriously step up the lyricism if he wants to have a fighting chance. He HAS to keep pressing the wife beating allegations to stay in contention.
I view "meet the grahams" from more of a tactical standpoint. A very smart move on Kendrick's part. The dark, creepy, and sinister Alchemist production along with Kendrick's emotional vocal performance tugged on a lot of people's heartstrings.
"meet the grahams" won a lot of people over.
"Not Like Us" is the weakest track out of all of them to me.
I DESPISE DJ Mustard beats, so there's heavy bias on my part
