Learning about stocks is daunting, I still need to invest some personal time to learning the basics.

I've got some courses thru Udemy but I haven't started any of them yet.

So low investment stocks, you say? :jbhmm:

There seems to be a looming housing crisis by the talks of some financial gurus in tha housing sector, so I'm a bit wary of putting my money there as yet.

Also, how much money would I need for "low risk index funds".

I'm not trying to do something that will put me in a financial setback or the like.
No one is an expert in the stock market or real estate market, it’s all just speculation, really no one knows shyt.

Well you want to invest with what you’re comfortable with. Make sure you have a emergency account before you start investing, save money in an FDIC insured bank. People recommmend that your emergency is 10k but that depends on the person and life circumstances.

Also for real estate check REITs, they’re real estate exchange funds Pretty much which give very very high dividends.

they basically sell your info (like everyone else honestly).

I have 3 quick questions;

1. Are you comfortable disclosing how much you have personally investested into AMD stocks and if so how much?

2. I have a few grand (£) in my bank account, I'm living at home rent free so I also have no emergency fund and no one to depend on or on me so what would you suggest the amount to invest?

3. From the looks of things say I invested £5,000 today what would be my likely return of investment in say 5, 10, 20 years from now?

Breh AMD is the truth. We all eating off it. But when u invest in stocks you must its long term. U might get lucky and be able to make a huge profit short term and get out. But sometimes the stock drops. Looks like you're losing money but 5 years later you'll have made money. Try to think of everyday things around you that are popular and getting more popular. Lululemon is a goodexample. Women been in love with it. Now they're in the mens market too. Clothes extremely trendy and not played out yet. So their stock is booming. We missed the train on that but what I'm saying is find the next 1.

Like what tho?

I was thinking of selling knockoff/off-brand goods made in China. Not sold as the real thing but a cheap alternative that I'd use to undercut the other sellers for a quick get rich scheme.

I need a side hustle that earns and works all by itself.:wow:

Come on brehs, HELP!!

Get into mefiabuying and creating your own list. Forget stocks. by the time a stock is made public all the real money will have been made by people with deeper pockets.

Real estate ( I would wait until Brexit outcome to make any property moves) doesn’t mean you can’t make money being a bird dog or giving referrals.

What's media buying if that's what you meant?

What is it and how do I exploit it for my personal gain?
