I haven't eaten Chinese food in decades. I miss it. The egg fried rice, the chicken wings, all the fukkin grease everywhere......I can't go back to it because my stomach will turn harder than my neck with a fat ass right behind me :banderas:

I just can't do it and it's not worth the risk :mjcry:

It's so easy to 'healthify' your favorite foods. Ive made protein cheesecake. Chocolate cake where the whole thing (6 inch) is less than 400 calories . Even mac and cheese and lasagna is great if you can portion control it. And the ninja creami is a life saver for when you want homemade ice cream that is actually beneficial to your nutritional goals

Fried rice can be healthy. Those Chinese fast food spots know Americans love greasy and salty foods so they do it on purpose.

Use brown rice and light sodium soy sauce.

I have cheat days. 85-90% vegetarian meals. 10-15% I reserve for bad food (subs, pizza, burgers etc) and nice meals at restaurants.
