I get it.

But in porn you going in knowing you're going to get exploited, that the exact nature of the business.

In rap, you going thinking you can develop a career.

They even give money to do so.

They don't do that in porn.

People are exploited eveywhere, you just have to have enough sense, wit and logic to not fall for the okey dokey.

I understand what you are saying, but...logic and wit cannot make you immune from exploitation. Different conversation for a different thread, but rapper are exploited by record labels. An artist must get 100k streams to get 1k from Spotify. An advance is just a loan for repayment. Record labels own their masters until they repay their debt.

If imma keep it buck. Alot of them army recruiters do the same shyt to teenagers right outta highschool. Some end up dying. All they get is Thanks for serving your country.

True but what does that have to do with this situation. Seems the writing is on the wall to how they used coercion to complete the task of getting the full video shot and out to the masses. The judge came to a conclusion that(in a civil case) that there was over a 50% chance that this was the way it went. Just because it happens in different circumstances does mean it’s right in this case or any other

This is an interesting perspective. So assuming this is true do u think they transfer their frustrations to the actors or sexual mediums in these films thus making them find the sex workers distasteful out of resentment...

I dunno, but it’s fascinating.

It’s not the busting a nut part that’s confusing, it’s the open hate and disregards sex workers get even tho they helping.

It’s like the disregard people have for waiters in the food service industry only worse...I never got the mentality behind being disdainful of somebody you want to serve u.

People who are desperate are usually the easiest to exploit.

Rappers go in knowing about being exploited, they want the fame and accolades.

They don't care about masters or owning the rights.

There are to many stories floating around, to not take heed

Woman go into porn thinking they can turn a quick buck fukking on camera.

:mjlol: you're such a terrible try hard bytch made nikka.

this chick was 18 and made an adult decision that she regretted, do you know how many millions of women since the 80's did porn at 18 and regret it?

we're just now seeing the courts become more emotionally sympathetic to these situations, but that doesn't erase the fact that maybe they need not have sex on camera for money.

Breh the porn industry is full of back stabbing snakes.

Max hardcore had to do after scene interview to have proof that the females knew what they were doing and that it was all consensual

Pierre woodman films his casting from the minute they walk in until they sign the release form because these bytches do the scene and the switch up and claim rape. Happened to him 2 times.

Everyone was ready with their pitchforks until he showed the proof video

So were they raped or? Because if they were then money well deserved and those brehs should rot in jail... but ... if they wernt raped then they fukked on camera of their own will right?
According to the prosecutors it is sex trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion. Doesn't matter to me if you want to call that rape or not. The exact same shyt that happens to girls in cities all across the world every day, but we want to pretend that shyt don't happen in America. I've met directly with the officer in charge of human trafficking in LAPD, this sort of shyt happens ALL THE TIME. They target vulnerable women and use those vulnerabilities to get what they want out of them. a$$holes in here talking like just because the girls were naive or weak-willed that they deserve to be lied to, abused, and humiliated.

A criminal case against the three men and two women — Valerie Moser and Amberlyn Nored — not named in the civil case is pending, the Union Tribune reported. The five people were charged with sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion and could all face life in prison if convicted.

Edit: reading more articles on it, it looks like none of the girls knew it was porn when they first answered the ads (and that was intentional on the part of the owners, they were specifically targeting young women who had never appeared in porn and never would again). When they were convinced to fly in, they were told that it was pornographic in nature but were lied to about the nature of what they would actually have to do, and specifically lied and said the videos weren't for the internet and would never appear there, even getting fake "reference women" to assure the girls that they had done it before and no one ever knew. Then after they arrived they used alcohol and coercion to get them to do more than they had agreed to, sometimes even blocking the exits or sexually assaulting them when they refused.

Are women not people? The same story applies. They were desperate.

I don't even think these will protect them from these types of lawsuits, all a woman has to say is that they didn't know how badly it would ruin their lives = $$$$.
