It doesn't make sense to me that self defense would be claimed against someone sitting in their car.
Also did she have a permit for the gun? If she always carried, then saying she went over there armed is manipulative.
It makes sense that the brother killed on behalf of his ain't shyt sister. Then again, maybe it was a batman gambit by the boyfriend. The article says THEY published an announcement. How can THEY publish an announcement? unless the boyfriend was proud of imoregnating the ain't shyt side chick? or the side chick was speaking in the boyfriend's name which makes her extra manipulative in all this.
Too much going on in this story. It will hinge on boyfriend's statement.
Self defense would apply for her going over there to instigate a situation, whether she had a gun or not. Hell she wouldn't even have to pull it, but saying she had one would be enough to qualify as a threat that was credible depending on the context.
Instead of going out your way to blame a guy who had nothing to do with the situation, you should be criticizing the dumb bird who through away her career and life, as things were picking up for her because she was dumb as hell and wanted to fight over a guy who choose someone else, instead of just leaving the guy and moving on with her life.
Nothing is going on and there is nothing that will change with the boyfriend's statement, seeing that he isn't involved in the investigation since he didn't shoot or fight anyone.
