Popeyes is exposing themselves with this shyt. Low key, folks knew they were trash at customer service but the food was good but now it's on full display for everyone to see. Chic Fila handles those Popeyes lines 6 days a week like a champ. They get you in and out quickly, the order is correct, and there isn't any foolishness. Plus they have it more difficult because the spicy chicken is actually different from the regular chicken.

At Popeyes the only difference is the mayo. I repeat, the only thing that separates the spicy sandwich from the original is the sauce, so if you order a spicy sandwich without sauce you just ordered a regular sandwich. These clowns can't just cook up a bunch of chicken breasts and add spicy mayo dependant upon the order. You can't get any easier than that and they fukking it up.

Yes...Popeyes has been confirmed to be of lower quality - overall.

I attempted to try a third spot in my city, in the best neighborhood of the 3. They sealed off the main entrance to their store with orange cones. Cars found a detour entrance to the parking lot via a neighboring business next to them. All of these cars had to find a way to reverse and exit because Popeyes was really closed due to being sold out of food.

The demand was just too much to handle. Maybe from here, they will hire someone experienced in logistics, supply and demand, traffic patterns, and customer service so that if they ever get 'hot' like this again, they can capitalize. This poor performance may deter future business, even if they have the best product.

No one has faith in them now.

Chik-Fil-A gets the last laugh only needs to take a photo of a beaten Popeye's shop, and say 'It Was All Good Just a Week Ago'.....that would be game over.

this type of demand is something that almost no business can prepare for. Social media influencing trends is pretty difficult to predict
