Man I went into Bojangles today after work. Wanted to hit up Popeyes but did not feel like fighting work hour Friday traffic. Bojangles was closer so I hit them up.


Walked in the door and the place was a a damn ghost town

The workers jumped up and were when I walked in. The cac behind the register was Aye aye aye how can I help. You know we got the family special. Also a 3 piece dark special. He was literally rattling off a list of specials at a mile a minute.


The dudes in the kitchen walked out to hear the order like



When I told them what I wanted everybody SPRANG into action!


I got the distinct impression that they had damn near zero customers that whole day. Popeyes got these other chicken joints stressed

Perfect use of smiles got damn hilarious,

The Bojangles around here I have never saw someone in there in the last 5 years at least, every time I ride around it’s empty like a muthafaka it’s crazy how they still in business. Meanwhile Popeyes down the street stay rocking, this chicken sandwich done took it to a whole new level lines out the damn door.

Houston has no Bojangles....it's disorienting, cause I know they can give other spots a run for their money out here. Got to plan a weekend get away to Mississippi if I want to get some Bojangles.

Yoiu know the vibes! I went to Popeyes yesterday and they had the sign up they were out of the sandwhich. Headed right over to Bonjangles to get that exact meal. I'll start back fukking with Popeyes when the hype dies down.
