I did it. Everyone at work got Popeyes chicken sandwiches for lunch and I caved. I’m eating it right now with a bag of chips like a fat fukkMane I don’t usually carry cash but I got a 5 in my wallet. I know my lame ass gonna spend 4 bucks on a sandwich tomorrow at lunch time. I already made lunch for tomorrow. It cant be helped

Apparently there's a location not far from me that was unexpected since I don't go by that area too often, down the street from my job about 7 miles but I take a different route. Anyways I think I'll wait until the hype die down a bit. shyt gonna taste the same next month as it does today.
Man went to 2 Popeyes near my job and both lines wrapped around the damn store.
At the last store they got one bytch going up to all the cars saying that its a hour wait on chicken and they out of spicy sauce.
This crazy cause the sandwich been out like 2 months around here.

The spicy chicken sammich is good, but it is NOT better than CFA or Wendy’s! Yes, the hype is real and seems to be a nationwide hype! I talked to a Breh while waiting for our food and he said that he bet this sammich isn’t better than the one Pioneer chicken used to sell back in the day! I told him that there is a Pioneer chicken spot in East L.A. and some other Breh said there is one somewhere off Crenshaw Blvd. in L.A.
Nevertheless, it’s a good sammich, but definitely not worth the long wait or camping out in front of the store before they open which what you damn near have to do to guarantee one until the hype goes down..
I gotta ride with those of you who still thin CFA reigns supreme! Y’all got that shyt right! Those of you who haven’t tried one, I say try one and come to your own conclusion about it..

My boy told me that not only was the line going out the door, but when he got inside, the manager was getting hit with nonstop phone calls asking if the chicken sandwich is available.

Get the fukk out of here I've been eating nothing but Wendy's chicken sandwiches and occasionally a McDonalds or chic fil a when im close to one I tried the spicy today from Popeyes that straight CAP the Popeyes taste like real white meat chicken and its big as fukk and the bread is way better than even the wendys brioche buns, the sandwich was worth it even tho I asked for sweet heat sauce cuz I knew it wouldn't be that spicy but it was WELL WORTH breaking my pescatarian diet for this shyt. Best fast food chicken sammich of all time
