I rarely go to popeyes because they have shyt tier customer service, I've wanted to hop thru that drive thru window more times than I can remember

The only thing that brings me back is that popcorn shrimp, fries and blackened ranch sauce

I just left Popeyes to get Wifey a chicken sandwich it’s Pandemonium in that bytch. Cooks threatening to quit, customers ready to whoop cashiers ass for being so unorganized. It’s customers who have been waiting 30 minutes cause they too quiet and others taking their orders. It literally went like this COOK: “Who ordered Spicey?!?!?!” Everybody raises there hand . Customers screaming just drop them and keep them coming, cookings screaming I am dropping them 50 at a time, they like drop more then . I am sitting back taking in all the fukkery hoping shyt don’t pop off. I made off good came in at 7:08 and left at 7:38 l. There isn’t any ticket system or numbers just Order and receipt. They clearly wasn’t prepared for this kind of turnout. I made it out alive brehs .

I went to Popeyes and the girl at the register was like: 'Whatchu Want?'

This was after I reversed out of the drive-thru after waiting and not moving for 15 minutes.

I went inside and placed my order and ended up waiting 30 minutes. No sweet-heat sauce was there as y'all kept mentioning. I asked for the spicy sauce to be placed on the side...and of course it wasn't there when I got to the cribbo.

I may try it again. May have to try a different location though.
