there's a formula*
Will be succumb to the other BK Hot Emcees of the year.... Tekashi, Bobby not gonna mention Desiigner cause at least Pops proven he can make more than one hit.. or does he got what it takes to sustain longevity and maintain relevance in this music shyt that many NY artists with a huge buzz have failed at doing this past decade ?

to make money now all you gotta do is keep putting out work

doesn't have to go mainstream to eat

there are other nyc artist that are better suited to handle that

like lil.tjay for example he's a hit.maker all the label gotta do is decide to press the button & it's a wrizzy ha

Maybe I'm getting :flabbynsick:, but I miss regionality in rap. Personally, I still assciate drill with Chicago and I miss the traditional NY sound.
No dis to Pop Smoke. Son can rap, I guess, but this joint just didn't give me that authentic NY feel the same way that new Hus Kingpin album did with those Primo and Pete Rock beats.

This doesn’t even sound like Chicago drill

Pretty good album. It's about what I expected after hearing the first one. What's crazy though, is on Tidal HiFi, it's 176.4khz/24 bits. I've never seen a hip-hop album with that high of a quality of track. I hope the trend continues.

The fact that he put his album out like this makes me feel like he's an audiophile, or his engineer is one. It's crazy. To put this in perspective, CD quality is 44khz/16 bits. So, the Woo 2 is 4x the quality of a CD. :whew:
