If you have the last 4, exp date, and cvv AND you know what company it is and are talking to a really dumb customer service rep you might get the full number. Just tell them you forgot your wallet at the restaurant, had your card on hold at the bar and the manager wants to confirm the full number before giving it back to you. I've actually done this before on my own cards
